NY Alliance for Environmental Concerns

Welcome to the NY Alliance for Environmental Concerns

The NY Alliance for Environmental Concerns (NYAFEC) is a non-profit organization comprised of Green Industry associations whose combined efforts are dedicated to educating lawmakers, policymakers and the public, while promoting the many benefits derived from environmental horticulture in New York. We are the environmentalists who have been caring for this green space for generations. Collectively, our membership organizations represent approximately 4,000 green industry professionals.

Message From NYAFEC Chairman, Larry Wilson

Most sincere thanks to LOHUD and The Journal News for covering this. Thanks also again to Jennifer Daly from Gray Media for producing this. Thanks to Rick Zimmerman and Todd Vandervort from the Vandervort Group in Albany who through the New York Alliance for Environmental Concerns represents The Arborists, Landscapers, Lawn Care Professionals, Nurserymen and Golf Course Superintendents in New York State, for guiding us, and thanks to the contributors, as well as my colleagues and associates on the board of the New York Alliance for Environmental Concerns for supporting this endeavor. The real thanks should go to the Governor of New York State, Andrew Cuomo and the New York Legislature for seeing the needs and important benefits of protecting the bees!

It was an honor and a privilege for me to be able to be a part of this. Thank you all for your support.
